The Scarborough Ontario Health Team (SOHT) is a network of about forty health and community care organizations that plan and deliver care together for the people of Scarborough.
Approved as an Ontario Health Team in 2020, SOHT is one of the largest in the province. Our attributed population of almost 850,000 goes beyond the residents of Scarborough to include people from neighbouring communities who have made Scarborough their health-care destination of choice.
