Scarborough Ontario Health Team Launches Recruitment for PCN Clinical Leads
Scarborough, ON — The Scarborough Ontario Health Team (SOHT) is pleased to announce the launch of its recruitment campaign for Clinical Leads within its Primary Care Network (PCN). This initiative is a key step in advancing SOHT’s 2025–2028 Strategic Direction, with a focus on primary care transformation, integrated services, and inclusive governance.
The PCN Clinical Leads will play a pivotal role in shaping equitable, team-based care across Scarborough. These leadership positions are designed to reflect the voices of physicians, non-physician providers, and community members, ensuring a collaborative and client-centered approach to care.
Key Dates:
- Deadline to Apply: August 8, 2025, by 5:00 PM
- Interview Period: Weeks of August 17 and 24
- Onboarding: Weeks of September 1 and 8
