How many people in Scarborough have a family doctor, where practices are, and how the Primary Care Network’s initiatives — attachment, online booking, e-referral, cancer screening — are progressing.

The dashboard is built in Power BI by SOHT’s Digital Health Lead from Health Care Connect, the primary care census and partner reports, and is refreshed monthly.
